Through the policies and procedures we have developed to ensure a safe, equitable and inclusive workplace, we make every COBIDU employee part of the change. As a company policy, we have zero tolerance for any form of discrimination, harassment, bullying, or physical or psychological violence.
Our dedicated DEI department works resolutely to foster an equitable, diverse and inclusive working culture. Our DEI professionals respond to all employee needs on the subject while also developing brand-new projects to strengthen our company culture.
To break down biases — and the barriers they create — we provide all employees with Equality and Diversity training. We aim for all employees, especially those in leadership roles, to gain knowledge on this topic, absorb it and truly internalise it.
We naturally want all our courses to be known by the organisations that could benefit from them. However, we place particular emphasis on our Equality & Diversity courses reaching wider audiences.
We collaborate with other organisations working on equality, diversity and inclusion. Through our donations and jointly developed projects, we aim to make tomorrow safer, fairer and more inclusive than today.
