COBIDU BACKUP SOFTWARE focuses on maintaining data protection. It is simple, safe. You choose what and where to back up. Your data stays safe and can be used at every stage of  le sharing within the organization. All types of  les can be uploaded and accessed through the system, but the user must have the right software to open them. Di erent  le types are represented by di erent icons. This will avoid complexity.

Files can be added in two ways:
• They can be dragged and dropped directly into the  le activity,
• Alternatively, they can be added by clicking File from the activity selector.

If enabled in Google Drive storage and/or OneDrive storage, you can select a  le from your Google Drive or OneDrive and view it as an "access controlled link". Users can only view the  le, the administrator can edit the  le if needed. This method is a useful way to view  les that need to be updated frequently.

File upload sizes:
• One-time  le upload limit: 100MB
• Total  le upload limit: 100MB
• User  le sharing limit: 100MB
